Multiple Night Stays
If you would like to extend your stay, the special rate will be honored for stays from October 8–12. Extended stays must be booked directly through the Reservations Department by calling 844-880-1077 or emailing reservations@hotelcasadelmar.com. Please reference Charity Night 2026 when booking.
Transportation
Guests staying at the hotel will receive an Uber Black voucher code for transportation to and from the event on Saturday.

Cancellations must be made by 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard time, 72 hours prior to the date of arrival in order to avoid a charge of one night’s room rate plus tax (15%).
