Every year, thousands of All-Star students find the support they need to explore new things, create community, and navigate challenges proactively. At ASAS, mentorship goes beyond guidance—it’s about creating life-changing connections between students and caring adults who live and work in their communities.
Every year, we host a “Strategy Week” that brings together national and chapter leadership for professional development and collaboration. This year, we saw an opportunity to pivot to a virtual format, allowing us to include more employees, provide a more flexible schedule, and spread sessions out over a period of several months.
