I’m an entrepreneur. I like to build things and create things. After-School All-Stars gives us experiences that help us see what’s possible. It feels good to be in spaces where people make things happen. Seeing new spaces and learning how people work makes me imagine what I could do in the future.

My daughter comes home excited to tell me what she learned. She’s trying new things, meeting new people, and talking about what she wants to do when she grows up. That exposure matters. It makes her feel like her dreams are possible. As a parent, it means a lot to know she’s in a safe place where she’s supported and challenged. After-School All-Stars is helping her build confidence and find her voice.

I can honestly say After School All-Stars means so much to me. Just like always filling us up with love, always being there for us when we need something. It was just everything you would have ever needed as a child in this community.

Our students are discovering pathways they didn’t know existed. Experiences like this help them see themselves in careers that feel exciting, meaningful, and within reach. Exposure is powerful. When young people meet mentors, step onto a college campus, or walk into a lab or studio for the first time, they begin to imagine a future they can own. After-School All-Stars creates that spark.
