Sean Prospect is the Executive Director of After-School All-Stars of South Florida and the Florida International University After-School All-Stars Program located within its College of Arts, Sciences and Education.

He has been a part of the After-School All-Stars organization since 2004 and helped create the partnership with FIU in 2014. The emphasis of these programs has always been to bridge the opportunity gap when it comes to comprehensive academic, enrichment, career exploration and physical fitness activities in safe and comforting environment. These school-based programs, which occur primarily at the middle school level, have provided externally evaluated innovative, research based activities to advance the lives and increase the successes of our students in school and in life.

Sean holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science (2002) and a Master’s Degree in Sports Management (2003), both from Florida International University. He was also a track and field athlete as well as four-year member of the FIU Honors College. When Sean is away from work, he loves being active and enjoys spending time with his children reading, cooking, and just being a dad. He is married to his lovely wife, Dawn, and they have two daughters.
