This year’s Wellchella was more than a celebration—it was a strategic investment in joy and belonging. In an industry where burnout is high—especially among young, part-time childcare staff—we wanted to do more than talk about wellness. We decided to live it.
Instead of support sessions in stuffy conference rooms, we created a vibrant space of movement, creativity, and recognition. One highlight? The “They Not Like Us” Cooking Competition, where Team Queens took the crown with flair and flavor.
With thanks to our partner Success In Motion, we brought our wellness vision to life. Their team delivered practices of healthy habits, so that we aren’t just surviving, but THRIVING.
