Staff Spotlight: Ranna Daud
Ranna joined After-School All-Stars in 2004 as a Program Manager for ASAS Las Vegas. She returned in 2009 as Associate Director before being promoted to Executive Director in June 2013. Ranna returned to her home state in 2016 to launch ASAS Puget Sound as the Founding Executive Director and has served nearly two decades with the organization.
Ranna grew up in Pullman, WA, and attended Washington State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management with a minor in Business and emphasis in Comparative Ethnic Studies. After earning a master’s degree in Sport and Leisure Service Management from UNLV, Ranna authored “Outcome Study of an After-School Program for Youth in a High-risk Environment,” which was published in the Journal of Park and Recreational Administration.
