Mr. Tighe is the Chief Executive Officer of Tailored Brands. Before assuming this role in June 2025, Mr. Tighe served as the company’s President, and prior to that, as executive vice president and CCO beginning in May 2021. Mr. Tighe is the executive sponsor of Tailored Brands’ Black Employee Network (BEN) employee resource group. In addition, he serves on Tailored Brands’ Community Giving Advisory Group, where he was instrumental in the launch of the company’s successful “Threads of Valor” veterans initiative in 2022.

Since 2015, Mr. Tighe has served on the After-School All-Stars (ASAS) national board. In 2017, he was appointed to the Fashion Scholarship Fund (FSF) Board of Governors, and, in 2023, was appointed President of the Board.

Prior to joining Tailored Brands, he most recently served as President for Peerless Clothing. Mr. Tighe was formerly with JCPenney, where he held numerous leadership roles, including Chief Merchant and EVP – and began his career at May Department Stores.
